Or, maybe it’s a commentary on the fleeting nature of fame? One minute you're saving the world, the next you're just... another person trying to navigate the everyday. Deep, right? I’m betting on a deconstruction of the "chosen one" trope. So, less sparkly magical girl transformations, more struggling with the mundane realities of a post-hero life.

We may also be dealing with themes of identity and self-discovery: If you're no longer a heroine, then who are you? This feels like a very personal journey and I personally think there’s more to the protagonist than meets the eye.

Honestly, even if you’re not usually into manga about (ex?) heroines, I think "No Longer Heroine Scan Vf Chapitre 1" is worth a read.
